Senior Project Manager

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX understanding and relevant experience.

  • Must have experience implementing large ERP projects.

  • Broad understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Sales business processes and systems.

  • Experience leading ERP or Manufacturing application implementation projects through all phases.

  • Excellent communication skills. You possess clear and concise written skills, excellent oral communications and precise listening skills.

  • Proven ability to establish solid relationships with your customers and team/project members as a trusted adviser.

  • High energy and enthusiasm to effectively manage service delivery functions.

  • BA or B.S. in Computer Science, Business Management, Finance, Engineering or other related fields.

  • PMP certification.

  • A willingness to travel 50% of the time.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Senior Technical Consultant (Developer)– Microsoft Dynamics 365

Professional/Personal Skill Requirements

  • Ability to analyze problems and opportunities, conclude direction and make critical decisions working with key stakeholders.

  • At least three years of strong software development experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials and Operations with at least one project in upgrades, customization or implementations in D365

  • Excellent understanding of the OOPS concepts.

  • Strong working knowledge of X++ programming language

  • Strong working knowledge in SQL Server database design and development

  • Strong working knowledge with Integration tools and patterns.

  • Strong working knowledge of relational databases and data management concepts.

  • Strong working knowledge of building SSRS reports

  • Strong working knowledge of using source control repository as Azure Dev Ops

  • Understanding and active usage of Implementation methodology.

  • Strong communications (written and verbal) skills.

  • Certifications in the following disciplines: Core, Technical, Functional exams

  • A or B.S. in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related fields.

  • A willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Senior Supply Chain Consultant

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the D365 for Finance and Operations (F&O) platform, especially Supply Chain areas, including Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Transportation Management and Quality Management, Master Planning, Production Control. 

  • Work independently and collaboratively to perform all Supply Chain module implementation activities, including solutioning, fit gap analysis, configuration, testing, training and deployment for D365 Supply Chain modules. 

  • Utilize effective organizational, writing, and communication skills to collaborate and execute implementation tasks with internal and external project team members that exceed expectations. 

  • Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work in collaboration with the associated project manager.  

  • Continually learn industry best practices and demonstrate that knowledge in the delivery of our customer solutions. 

  • Support internal continual improvement to drive scalable, enabling processes.  

Professional/Personal Skill Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, ability to meet deadlines.  

  • Ability to analyze problems and opportunities and make critical decisions working key stakeholders. 

  • Hands-on Supply Chain experience with at least 1 full cycle D365 for Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX Implementation.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s). 

  • Manufacturing, Life Sciences industry knowledge. 

  • B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Business Management, Finance, Engineering or other related fields.  

  • A willingness to travel up to 50-60% of the time.
